Three things I will do to get better in ELA and ELA teaching before field placement are as follows:

1. I will continue to better familiarize myself with the ELA Common Core Standards.

2. I will incorporate Read Alouds to demonstrate the different reading and writing strategies.

3. Use interactive methods including smartboards.
